Job Responsibilities :

- Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees

- Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety practices and talent acquisition, and the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law

- Establish and implement procedures to achieve the most effective use of human resources

- Training and Development of the employees as per the requirement

- Grievance Redressal

- Maintain Relationship with the employee and prospects

- Optimizing the use of workplace resources

- Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork

- Work from Office post pandemic

Location: Bhopal

Requirements :

- 7+ years' experience in Human Resources

- Educational Qualification - minimum 60% throughout 10th,12th & graduation/PG

- Communication: Excellent Verbal Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills and Convincing Skills

- Shifts - Permanent Night Shifts (06:00pm - 03:30am)-5 days working / Presently WFH/Hybrid till Covid and WFO post Covid

- Attention to detail and good judgement

- Strong organizational and critical thinking

- Industry - IT/BPO/KPO/Telecom only
