Java Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strong IT background with more than 10+ years' experience with proven track record of managing the development and delivery of large/midsize enterprise level applications/products in Agile scrum methodology.

- Good technical and conceptual knowledge in JAVA and Java related technologies, RestAPIs, and relational databases like, MS SQL server.

- Good knowledge of Project management tools like JIRA, Azure boards etc.,

Excellent analyzing and solutioning skills.

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.

- Experience managing a team of more than 25+ people with strong people and performance management skills.

- Good at Project Planning, monitoring, issues/risks management and control.

- Should have good negotiation skills.

- Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.

Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, team, and the management.

- Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all projects/products in all stages of completion.

- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.

- Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.

- Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.

- AWS/Azure cloud services exposure/experience.
