About our Client - Our client is a leading name within the IT consulting industry. They have a global presence with more than 300 offices spread over 50 countries, with rapid expansion within their India operations

Job Description - As a Java Development Manager, you will be reporting to the Project Director and will be responsible for handling a team of 8 professionals. You will also be responsible for:

- Onsite organization and development of teams

- Identifying areas of potential problems and proposing solutions

- Assisting project director in the development of training workshop in regards to any new IT logic being implemented

- Assisting project director in recommending and advising implementations and integration of final project proposal to senior management

The Successful Candidate -

- As a successful applicant you will possess, at least 10 years experience within development of IT applications based on the Java platform.

- You should be an expert at design and development knowledge.

- You should possess business-critical attitude towards daily tasks and long terms goals.

- Excellent written and verbal communication and professional skills in order to interact with corporate clients, site peers and senior management.

- You must understand all elements of the development cycle and the technical, business, regulatory and legal issues associated with area of responsibility.
