Java Architect - Product Based Firm

Roles and Responsibilities:

Play a platform Architect role from Conceptualization till Delivery of the Platform, The candidate shall perform a host of key architecture decisions and implementations.

Specify requirements for various functional sub-systems of the platform working with several other cross cutting architects

Support technology options analysis and partitioning and optimizing performance

Drive the technical readiness efforts related to platform definition

Define platform BOM and drive optimizations for functionality, area and cost for different targeted segments and customers

Support management and other reviews related to the platform from architecture perspective

The selected candidate shall possess expertise, skills and experience on the following

Strong track record in driving system level optimization and technology choices for Cloud based platforms

Strong working knowledge across all platform domains with proven experience across multiple platform generations preferably in large Web based architectures and in Healthcare domain in driving trade-offs for components

Strong working knowledge of complex web based architectures using Java/J2EE, spring, servlets, REST and hands on in coding and design (HLD / LLD).

Strong working knowledge of component sourcing and costing

Proven experience in contributing to architecture discussions with various stakeholders
