Job Requirements:

- Graduate in Finance, Engineering graduate, MBA in Finance from a reputed institute, or CFA Program Level II/III

- At least 3-4 years of experience in options trading

- Good understanding of options, Greeks, financial markets, quantitative and technical analysis

- Passion for trading and markets

- Highly self driven and motivated

Job Responsibilities:

- Candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing Option Strategies for the firm.

- Perform backtesting on Options data in Python, MatLab etc with the help of a programmer.

- Monitor Option Trades on periodic basis.

- Formulate and implement risk management policies for Trades.

- Candidate will have overall responsibility for P&L of the Option Desk.
