Janitri - Chief Technical Officer

Responsibilities

1. Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships

2. Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions. Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs

3. Develop, track and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations

4. Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence. Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each

5. Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics

6. Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture

7. Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape

8. Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity

9. Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and tech to define and deliver new products and enhancements

Job requirements

1. Previous working experience as a CTO or entrepreneurs with senior technical skills

2. In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design and development

3. Hands-on experience with complex project management

4. Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills

6. Effective negotiation and vendor management skills

7. Proactive problem solver
