Roles and Responsibilities:

1) The incumbent should understand the end to end systems (CBS, CRM, FOS) and technicality of each one for Bank as well as NBFCs.

2) Lead the systems troubleshooting charter for Jana Small Finance Bank.

3) Create and Execute systems learning interventions aligned to company's management philosophy and strategies.

4) Ensure smooth delivery, continuous improvements of systems initiatives, while maintaining consistency of key learnings.

5) Ensure smooth execution of Field training for JanaNayaks under systems Initiative in the zone.

6) Consult with Business Partners & other key Zonal stakeholders to perform periodic needs analysis.

7) Consult with Business Partners to cascade the information for circulars issued by RBI for small finance business and micro finance institutions.

8) Partner with businesses to share best practices and plans.

9) Partner with IT team in learning and organization development team to ensure integration with other core system integration programs, curriculum and concepts.

10) Conduct needs assessments to evaluate current skills against business objectives, and develops programs to close gaps.

11) Develop measures, benchmarks, or scorecards to monitor the effectiveness of learning interventions and apply these measures.

12) Designs and incorporates effective communication and feedback methods for systems intervention curriculum.

13) Be able to design or source relevant content from the industry to ensure design meets business goals.

14) Articulate critical outcomes for business which would serve as design principles for any content.

15) Move away from traditional instructional design principles and use new age design practices to visualise, storyboard and create content.

Desired Profile:

1) 7 - 8 years of Banking experience preferably Indian Private Sector Bank.

2) The incumbent should have held the positions of retail banking, candidates from forex, credits and insurance background will not be preferred.

3) At least 3 - 4 years of experience in delivering BFSI & CBS training programs.

4) Multiple language skills would be an added advantage.

5) Should possess knowledge of various banking products including digital banking.

6) Thorough knowledge of Compliance and Audit frameworks in bank set up.

7) Preferably should be placed in the age group of 35 40 years.
