Janalakshmi - Regional Manager/State Head - Collections

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Should have strong collection track of the portfolio managed and should be able to manage the timely collections across the JanaOne centers.

2) Should have good communication and tactics with customers to close the collections. Should have good spoken & written communication skills in local & English language.

3) Should have good CBS knowledge to track the loan account statements and to work on CBS dumps to clear the collected accounts.

4) Should be able to co-ordinate with all centers for daily collections and should have strong hold on timely collections across the J1 centers based on the demand list generated.

5) Should be able to visit problematic customers and should bring in timely repayment discipline.

6) Should co-ordinate with legal department to initiate legal action on willful defaulters.

7) Should recommend genuine cases for rescheduling the accounts.

8) Should be able to work out the action plan for tracing and collecting the dues from the absconding customers.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1) Strong track of managing Unsecured Loans with small ticket size

2) Should have managed huge customer base / accounts

3) At least 10 years of experience in Collections Role

4) Current handling a State or Zone
