ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

a) To lead and manage a team of Premium Relationship Managers.

b) Responsible for Business Target achievement including Bulk deposits, CASA, Revenue, portfolio management & NOA across segments (HNI, Corporates, & Social Service Organisations), Fee based mandates, third party products and non-fund based activities.

c) Ensuring service quality and deepening customer relationship

d) Hiring and Engagement within team.

e) Monitor and achieve desired RM productivity.
