It aims to initiate change, build networks of communities & local civic bodies, and provide data on urban issues, civic awareness & training - all of this at a local Neighbourhood level.

With the relevant information presented intelligently through use of simple interactive MAPS and a powerful platform to ACT, we aim to inspire everyone to get out and grab opportunities, participate in campaigns, events and community projects and become an Active Citizen in our society.

Swachh City Solutions :

I Change my City has collaborated with the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD) to build and implement mobile and web based applications targeted at citizens, engineers and the municipal bodies.

These apps are developed to ensure timely and effective implementation of the Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) objectives in 4041 statutory towns in India.

The app will provide citizens a mechanism to post complaints and allowing municipalities to address citizen grievances

Qualification Academic : Technical / Professional

Required Skill Set :

- Strong knowledge and experience of online product management.

- A good mix of technical and marketing orientation

- Must have experience in conceptualizing, developing and launching new products end-to-end in a product organization

- Strong data-driven analytical skills and be able to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity

- Proven experience in understanding and analysing user behaviour

- Consistent effort, intense commitment, high attention to detail and ability to independently manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely

- Around 6 or more years of online work experience which will include 3 -4 years of consumer facing online product management experience, both mobile and web.

Job Description / Responsibilities :

- Own the strategy and roadmap of the product

- Effectively play the anchor role to drive the process from idea to reality; communicate project status, resolve issues, and ensure deadlines are met with high quality product outcome

- Owns the performance metrics for the site and plan for achieving the metrics

- Works with content team, marketing and outreach team to build and execute plans

- Develop high quality business requirement documents and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of product launch to deliver key capabilities on time

- Understands the leverage offline creates and uses it effectively

- Effectively creates partnerships with others in the space to increase traction of ichangemycity

- Be comfortable with hands-on day-to-day problem solving, implementing quick and effective action plans to meet short term priorities
