We are looking for a highly passionate and competent individual who would primarily focus on working closely with the Donor Community and help in building, maintaining and growing relationships with current / prospective donors and Foundations. It would involve building strong, multi-year program partnerships with UHNIs, Foundations and Multilaterals like the World Bank, ADB, USAID etc to fortify and secure Janaagraha's long term funding needs. This role will be based out of Bangalore and would be straddle Development and Relationship management. Would be a very critical part of bringing in long term financial stability. What will Lead - Stakeholder Management do? The key responsibilities of this individual would include but not be limited to : - Map and plan outreach to UHNIs and their offices to explore long term funding partnerships - Work closely with the CEO/Head of Development on mapping and identifying synergies with large Foundations to create potential long term partnerships opportunities - Build/Construct Funding case proposals for curating working relationships with the Large Foundations - Build, grow and maintain relationships with Multilaterals like the World Bank, ADB, US AID etc to sign short term partnerships and explore long term multi-country programs using Janaagraha platforms - By successfully doing the above 3 - achieve planned Grant/Revenue targets for the year
