Jaipuria Institute Of Management - Senior Manager/AGM - Accreditation

The successful candidate for Manager, Accreditation, Data and Reporting will help to ensure Jaipuria's achievement of AACSB standards by complying with AACSB standards, implementation of strategic plans, relevant data collection, collation, analysis, and reporting.

Coordination with various stakeholders for filling the survey, analysis of data, presenting it to the internal committee and handling post-submission queries from the agencies.

Focal Point of contact for national and international accreditation agencies such NBA, AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA and leading the process of new accreditation process/renewal of the old accreditation.

1. Ownership of the Institute's accreditation processes:

- Collate and analyze Assurance of Learning (AOL) data to allow continuous assessment of progress towards objectives of the Institute's Mission and Strategic Plan

- Analyze and summarize assessment results

- Manage and update relevant rubrics and results for AoL

- Serve as the auditor and to see that AACSB standards are complied with.

2. Maintain and strengthen databases on quality and performance

Maintain databases pertinent to accreditation (e.g. - assurance of learning outcomes, faculty qualifications and publications), and resource management

- Provide information and data, appropriate to support the decision-making needs of Jaipuria for accreditation and strategic management purposes, as requested.

- Assure completion of annual AACSB business school questionnaires, in coordination with departments

- Other duties as directed by the AACSB core committee and the management.

Requirements:

- Master's degree is essential

- Proficiency in Excel and Database Management

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- 5 years of relevant work experience preferred

- Good knowledge of ISER & AOL is a must
