About Jai Kisan: Jai Kisan was founded with the vision of making financial inclusion a reality for rural individuals and businesses. Jai Kisan today provides digital financial services starting with credit for online and offline, income generating, rural commerce transactions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Establish/lead complex strategic partnerships that are often first-of-its-kind agreements and manage implementations and relationships going forward. - Identify gaps and drive strategy with Agritech companies, POS companies and Marketplaces and other key product areas need to innovate and create for India. - Help design and execute scalable Merchant acquisition and Platform Enablement programs - Design and implement processes and policies to improve Jai Kisan's ability to partner at scale; ensure partners are fulfilling their contractual obligations and that Jai Kisan is providing the required support for them to do so. - Drive collaboration with multiple cross functional stakeholders at Jai Kisan (tech, legal, marketing, sales); provide feedback from partners and market intelligence to Jai Kisan's product teams with the aim of creating more locally relevant product offerings. Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrated experience in managing a portfolio of partners to achieve product objectives, operational efficiency and partner satisfaction targets. - Ability to interpret legal documents, negotiate contracts and work with attorneys to complete agreements. - Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans. - Tenacity and sense of urgency; the ability to make things happen quickly; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid and collaborative environment. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's /Master'sdegree or equivalent practical experience. - 7-9 years of negotiation experience or related business development experience. - Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
