Part of the strategic finance team, tasked with working on all analysis internally of current business mix and the team and to focus on financial modelling and investor reporting. Strategic finance will also be looking into all strategic projects which require analysing our financial performance along with accurate reporting of data. The Strategic finance team will also be responsible for building and instituting accurate processes across our business compliant with the norms of the industry Roles &amp; Responsibilities 1. Working closely with the leadership team at Jai Kisan to develop financial models, ALM, company valuation models, etc. 2. Support in investor relations and all external reporting of company performance 3. Work closely with the finance and operations teams, to provide monthly reporting and supporting with investor/ external reporting 4. Work closely with the finance team for any due diligence requirements through the fundraising cycle. 5. Analyse and understand requirements of the leadership team for financial/ business analysis and work closely with the CEO Core Skills Needed 1. Strong analytical capabilities to analyse data and create complex financial models for the purpose of fundraising or custom tracking of any external reporting of data 2. Capability to communicate succinctly with external parties and a variety of internal teams for any leadership requirements 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a penchant to attention to detail 4. Understanding of tech and finance data sources leveraged for reporting requirements including product metrics, etc. 5. Strong mathematical skills and understanding of financial services parlance
