Project Associate - Energy & Resource Management

We are seeking a Project Associate with substantial expertise in energy efficiency, chemical processing, and oil & gas sector operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy management and process optimization, specifically within petroleum refining and downstream activities.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering with specialization in Energy & Process.

Experience: Minimum 5 to 12 years in Energy Efficiency and Process Engineering.

Immediate joiner preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to implement energy and resource management projects.

- Analyze technical and financial data to identify opportunities for energy savings and operational efficiency improvements.

- Develop and execute strategies to optimize energy consumption and reduce environmental impact.

- Conduct detailed modeling and analysis of energy projects to assess feasibility and ROI.

- Provide consultancy on energy efficiency best practices and technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in energy management, preferably within oil and gas sector operations.

- Proven track record of implementing successful energy efficiency projects, with tangible cost savings.

- Familiarity with technical and financial analysis tools and methodologies.

- Experience working in petroleum refining and retail sectors, particularly in the Middle East, is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and modeling techniques.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical information effectively.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in relevant software tools for energy analysis and project management.

Additional Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience in working on energy projects for large conglomerates, with a focus on oil and gas sector operations.

- Evidence of consulting engagements or project involvements in the Middle East, particularly in the UAE or similar Gulf countries.
