The Role:

The Sustainability & ESG Strategy Manager will be responsible for driving, coordinating, and managing multiple projects on ESG & sustainability across diverse sectors/industries. This role demands a dynamic multitasker who can effectively liaise with various departments, and stakeholders, and offer tailored solutions to our clients, staying ahead of market demand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy & Design: Craft, iterate, and execute sustainability and ESG strategies for our diverse clientele. Design services tailored to individual customer needs and evolving market demands.

- Global Project Coordination: Oversee and manage sustainability and ESG projects on a global scale, ensuring timely delivery, efficiency, and excellence.

- Team Management: Lead and mentor a talented team, fostering a collaborative environment and driving project success.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure holistic integration of sustainability efforts.

- Communication & Presentation: Articulate our sustainability vision, updates, and results to a diverse audience, including clients, team members, and executive stakeholders.

- Research & Development: Stay updated with the latest in sustainability & ESG trends, ensuring our strategies are cutting-edge and informed.

- Startup Agility: Operate in a fast-paced start-up environment, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Sustainability, ESG, or related fields.

- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in the ESG and sustainability sectors.

- Strong strategic, analytical, and intellectual capabilities.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Proven experience in project management and team leadership.

- Ability to thrive in a start-up environment and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
