ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for maintaining Social media profiles such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter - Confer with the communications within teams to ensure communication are in Sync - Compile data pertinent to social media needs of the company and create a plan of action - Ensure that action plan is run by the marketing and communications departments for approval - Create posts and videos to social media networks in a bid to create company and product awareness - Find users to like the business and follow us across channels - Provide support in tracking the growth and impact of social media services on the company's reputation and business - Look for new business opportunities online and create feasibility reports - Engage in dialogue with members of the social media service by replying to messages and answering questions - Provide customers and prospective customers with information on company products and services and relay them to concerned people inside the company DESIRED SKILLSET: - 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in handling Social Media Organic/Non paid marketing and channels. - Exceptional verbal and presentation skills.
