ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conceptualizing, developing and executing the mobile marketing strategy across paid and organic channels. - Managing campaigns across (UAC, social, Display, DSPs) & Affiliate mobile marketing. In-depth understanding of campaign optimization must. - Required understanding of mobile app KPIs like active install base, retention cohorts, LTV and loyalty. - Managing & monitoring of channel spends and performance KPIs like ROAS, CIR, CPA. - Capable enough of building analytics models and cohorts to best determine the customer value across paid channels. - Must have understanding of tracking tools like Appsflyer, Adjust, Google Analytics or Omniture. - The role requires lot of new business thinking, creating and testing new concepts and opportunities regularly, and scaling successful experiments. - Analytics skills to identify tech or performance issues are must. DESIRED SKILLSET: - Proficient communication skills. - Analytical approach to problem solving. - Good with numbers. - Tech background in digital marketing is an advantage.
