About the Team

Product Experience has been tasked with ensuring a delightful experience for all customers that shop with Job. The team is quite young and vibrant. It acts as a horizontal within Jade E Services Ltd.

Job Description- Associate/Assistant Manager- Process Consulting, Jabong.Com

1. Identifying quality related issues that might disrupt customer experience by analyzing root cause and then improving the customer experience by forming actionable, implementing and monitoring the process changes.

2. Setting up processes for handling quality related complaints and reducing quality related issues.

3. Generating category specific QC guidelines and ensuring 100% compliance at inbound, outbound and returns QC at both WH and PCs.

4. Benchmarking Jabong against best quality practices and setting up of Jabong level quality guidelines and processes to be followed at warehouses, packaging centers and RPC.

5. Setting up of process for testing of samples with third party quality lab.

6. Creating category specific quality questionnaire for vendor on boarding.

7. Identifying packaging related issues that might disrupt customer experience by analyzing root cause and then forming actionable, implementing and monitoring process changes that drive customer delight through fashion-forward & cost effective packaging.

8. Ensuring minimum transit defects by ensuring proper packaging.

9. Reducing logistics cost by ensuring proper packaging for each type of product/order.

10. Designing packaging guidelines for vendors.

Required Experience

1. Exposure to consulting, analytics & statistics domains

2. Should be familiar with quality management tools and techniques

3. Should understand how to identify/develop cause-effect relations and to analyze business processes

Required Skills

1. Strong analytical & conceptual skills, advanced knowledge of excel

2. Ability to work across multiple fast-moving projects with multiple teams; ability to multi-task

3. Sharp attention to detail; high personal standards for quality and thoroughness

4. Excellent presentation and communication and negotiation skills

5. Strong motivation and creativity; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
