Job Description:

Key Responsible Areas:

- Responsible for reduction in return rates for Jabong.com

- Bench marking the best practices followed in the market to reduce return rates and recommend the best and feasible solution

- Coordination with diverse internal stakeholders to create action plan and implementation of the same

- Excellent interpersonal skills required to build, support and participate in cross functional environment and must be a good team player.

- Pre-determining the success of a project & their business impact on Business performance.

- Responsible for result-oriented projects right from conceptualization phase to implementation phase.

- Taking initiatives geared towards overall business impact.

Skills,Abilities & Competencies:

- Must have very strong analytical mind, Problem solving skills and impeccable communication skills.

- Ability to sift through facts and figures and create meaning out of the same.

- Excellent project planning, change and time management capabilities.

- Well versed in SQL, Microsoft Excel and creating presentations using Power Point, MS Visio, etc.

- Passion to learn, improve and adapt

- Ability to read and decipher patterns and trends.

Desired Profile:

- 1-2 years of experience

- Prior experience in data mining & data analytics is preferred
