ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Role of Product Manager - Growth is to ensure that every opportunity is leveraged in the User experience flow to drive higher Conversions. This would involve extensive Data Analytics, exploring opportunities to drive improvements in New user acquisition, Funnel conversion etc. The problem statements that the role would work on would cover Campaigns, Search & Catalog optimization, Pricing & Promotions, Push optimization, Cart & Checkout optimization amongst others. - Customer focus: Highly customer Focused thinking with deep understanding of customer needs and aspirations. - Focus on Technology: Work very closely with the Engineering, Data Sciences and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Define the product acceptance testing criteria; ensure that they are met. - Focus on Analytics: Identify key success metrics for the product, its features and measure the metrics post launch and constantly look for opportunities to optimize the product/feature performance. - Cross-functional collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to drive and implement the product changes. Promptly resolve issues faced during operationalization by working with different stakeholders. - Product development documentation: Generate detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Product Requirement Document (PRD) based on inputs from all key stakeholders. DESIRED SKILLSETS: - The ideal candidate should have problem solving orientation and the ability to experiment and learn - Understand Consumer behavior in the Web/App context and think Consumer first - Strong Data/Analytics mindset and the ability to run experiments and derive meaningful & actionable insights from them - Cross Functional Approach - Work with the Business, Design & Engineering teams in Optimizing key user flows
