ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :  - Budget Planning and Management : The role will be responsible for making and maintaining business plans which include top line sales, profit, markdowns etc at brand brick level   - Merchandise Planning : The role will be responsible for making and maintaining brand plans, prepare sales forecasting documents etc. He /She will also be responsible for planning and controlling key performance indicators which should be in line with company strategy e.g. Sales, Margin, Markdown, Unit metrics etc.   - Merchandise Management : Ensuring enough stock is blocked by the vendors to ensure sales achievement is as per the plan. Additionally, plan promotional activities to boost brand/supplier and overall sales.   - Reporting : Prepare and update all reporting formats while effectively managing weekly, monthly and seasonal reporting requirements.   - Process Excellence : Devise methods to put in place measures to ensuring consistency in the updating of business formats. Also be responsible for ensuring that system fields are input correctly and timely by team  DESIRED SKILL SET :  Analytical Mind Set : The ability to interpret and analyze data, then use this insight to develop strategies and tactics, which will influence consumers.  Strong Communication : The ideal candidate should possess exceptional written/oral communication skills. Additionally, he/she should be persuasive, build relationships and negotiate with various category teams.  Stakeholder Management : The ideal candidate should have excellent stakeholder management skills as the role involves working closely with teams across the organization.
