iYogi - Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities :

- Preparation and finalization of quarterly and annual financial statements and consolidated annual reports under US-GAAP & IGAAP.

- Preparation and finalization of MIS reports which include profit & Loss account, balance sheet and cash flow

- Analysis of balance sheet and profit & loss account and their variances including budgets vs. actual's

- Supervise preparation and filing of corporate Indian income tax return including TDS and their timely assessment.

- Compliance of service tax related to return and refund.

- RBI reporting related to foreign inward remittances and other related periodic as well annual filings.

- Coordination with auditors for statutory, tax, transfer pricing & internal audits and for any other routine tax advisory services

- Supervise finance team for timely routine accounting work under ERP environment

- Management of accounts payable

- Management of accounts receivables

- Drive cost reduction initiatives to improve performance.

- Managing day to day operational cash (Treasury) management.

Key Skills :

- Should be CA with post qualification experience of 3-4 years. The person should also be CPA.

- Proficient in MS-Office Applications

- Responsible for Finalization /preparation of Accounts as per IGAAP as well as and USA GAAP with applicable Accounting Standards. Person needs to have a strong US GAAP background

- Team Management experience essential
