Role & Responsibility : 

As a Lead - Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for managing P&L MIS & Reporting across all business, i.e. Flights, Hotels, Trains, Buses, Cabs and other ancillary products of ixigo. You will closely work with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Product, Tech, Supply, Finance etc and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. This position will report to VP - Sales.

- Tracking yield management against budget and keeping a tight control on Margins and KPI numbers

- Ensuring proper MIS reconciliation with partners for accurate billing

- Oversees the management of reporting modules and report planning for each respective category

- Forecasting, monitoring, understanding and reporting on the category

- Data analytics and financial modeling ability

- Develop reports that summarize information and insights to support thought leadership for Senior Management

- Preparation of Market share Data

- Closely Coordinating with Business, Alliance and Growth teams to evaluate prospective partnerships with Banks & Brands and closely monitoring key KPIs such as CAC, LTV, Retention, New user acquisition etc.

Qualification Summary: 

- At least a Bachelor / Masters degree in Sales & Marketing preferably from a top B- School OR Equivalent experience

- Minimum 3 Years experience with online businesses, consumer tech, or sales operation

- High on energy, assertive and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

- Well versed in Business communication and good problem-solving ability

- Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking

Must Have:

- Understand Category & Revenue Management, Financial Analysis & Modeling

- Expertise on Advanced business and financial acumen

- Should be proficiency in Google Analytics

- Should be Excellent MS Excel capabilities

- Knowledge of advanced analytics tools a plus
