ITS Business Partner - Digital Marketing APAC(Diversity) - Content/eCommerce/ CRM/Media/Analytics


ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS/SCOPE :

Role will report to the VP-Digital and IT APAC.

- The Business Partner should become a strategic partner in the digital transformation in region and bring in a technology point of view to strategy development.


- She / he will own the IT Strategic Business Planning (SBP) process for the region and ensure alignment with the Global SBP process, partner with the ITS delivery teams to enable the technology delivery to support the strategy, and own overall C-Sat. Be the conduit between regional and global teams to ensure alignment and knowledge flows both ways. The BP also actively markets and promotes IT services and ensures that the demand for these is managed and prioritized effectively.

- This role also provides strategic consulting for large, cross boundary and/or First-Of-A-Kind projects within the function. Strategies should be implemented in lead markets in such a way that they can be adopted and adapted across the remaining markets once proved.

Education required/ preferred : A Bachelor or Master's degree is recommended with a minimum 10 years of IT experience or relevant functional business and process expertise appropriate to the role. IT experience might be waived if Business experience is strong and person can demonstrate a strong knowledge of IT.

Experience: Experience in supporting digital and ecommerce capabilities for marketing is a must (Content/eCommerce/ CRM/Media/Analytics)

- Experience in strategic decision making and successful influencing at leadership level.

- Experience in building agents for change within the region and reinforcing the why for change

- Financial acumen to support business case creation and measurement

- Experience of providing insights into the marketing technologies required for delivery

- Experience in the CPG, or Retail space highly desired

- Broad knowledge of other marketing technologies

- Broad understanding of technologies used in Kimberly-Clark and interested in new technologies and market trends

- Demonstrated team leadership experience

- Exposure to SAP technology and processes would be an advantage as SAP is one of K-C's core systems

- Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Project or program management experience in dealing with medium or large projects

- 3-5 Years Practical experience in using Agile Development Methodology (SCRUM or KANBAN) for Project Delivery and Product Management.

- Previous Experience of working in a - Product Teams ideally with Product Owner or Scrum Master experience.

- Prior experience in a Digital Agency, Internal Marketing IT Function or Strategy Consulting firm
