About the job : Itilite is in search of a skilled Performance Marketer, entrusted with guiding its path towards becoming the global leader in Travel & Expense SAAS. Positioned at the "Series C" stage, Itilite is resolutely pursuing the goal of digitalizing corporate travel and expenses, striving to render the experience as effortless as individual travel. Having catered to over 500 corporate entities, facilitated millions of bookings, and boasting a diverse inventory of over 4 million flights, hotels, and a plethora of options worldwide, the brand is making remarkable strides.


Responsibilities :


- Campaign Planning and Execution: Being responsible for the pipeline, including monitoring and optimizing our performance marketing campaigns on LinkedIn ads, Paid search (Google, Bing)


- Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Monitor email performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.


- Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to ensure the company's demand generation strategies remain competitive.


- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align ABM and digital efforts with the overall marketing and sales strategies. Develop a strong partnership with sales to ensure successful lead generation and nurturing.


- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of demand generation efforts like pipeline contribution, and revenue impact


Requirements :


- 2 years of relevant marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of success running


- B2B demand generation campaigns for a SaaS or technology company for US market


- Have experience implementing enterprise-level demand generation programs and experience generating high quality leads for marketing technology products. Proven experience in demand generation, inbound marketing, or a similar role. Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems.


- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.


- Have tactical, hands-on experience with lead forecasting, nurturing, scoring, reporting, and analysis.


- Have experience partnering with SDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along buyer's journey.
