Sales Development Manager
Job purpose:
- As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible to build revenue pipeline for ITILITE's India business.
- You will develop the outbound demand generation program for the company, and manage a pool of SDRs to deliver results - sales ready leads for the company.
- You will spend your day brainstorming better ways to generate leads, develop new strategies, experiment and scale them up to generate revenue for the company.
Location: Bangalore
What will be expected from you?- Develop and own the top-of-the-funnel growth strategy that generates high-quality sales leads through outbound channels.
- Develop a deep understanding of the market, industries and personas and build data driven, product led campaigns to generate high volume of leads consistently.
- Build an Account Based Selling program for the Key Accounts for India business.
- Work closely with leadership team to implement new processes and improvements in the sales process.
- Liaise with Sales, Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
- Mentor and manage a team of SDRs and turn them into productive salespeople that generate high volume of new leads in a rapid manner and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

- Should have a Bachelor's/PG degree.
- 7-10 years of Sales/ Sales Development experience
- Should know the Sales Tech Stack (database tools, email automation tools, cold call tools, CRM etc.)
- Products sold had a ticket size of INR 10L +
- Experience of selling a SaaS, travel or expense product or should have worked in a start-up
