ITILITE - HR Business Partner (4-8 yrs)

The HR Business Partner is responsible for driving employee relations and driving people experience. The role is a great blend of designing and driving the implementation of people practices, employee policies and procedures, onboarding and rewards and recognition programs, training and development and compensation benchmark and structuring.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Front end practices which drive culture and impact people experience

2. Advice business leaders and stakeholders on key people decisions

3. Design and drive the performance management system for the organization in alignment with the parent organization

4. Design and implement HR policies and processes in alignment with the Business direction

5. Design and run learning and development programs for specific behavioural learning

6. Manage and drive Compensation administration including salary benchmarking end-of-year merit increases, maintaining internal and external parity

7. Design and drive employee development initiatives, employee relations, rewards and recognition programs

8. Monitor and mitigate employee attrition risks; developing and implementing strategies to increase employee retention

9. Provide guidance to team members, responsible for performance management and growth of the HR Team

10. Study metrics which drive organizational effectiveness and curate people programs

Skills and Requirement :

- At least 4-7 years of relevant experience in product companies

- Excellent functional competency - thorough knowledge of HR concepts and operations

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics

- Knowledge of HR systems and databases

- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
