About the Role :

Title : Associate Manager/ Manager- Talent Acquisition (B2B Sales Hiring)

Location : Bangalore

Must Haves :

- Start-up experience

- Experience in hiring for mid-senior level B2B Sales roles for SaaS Firms

Looking for a hustler; someone with high ownership to work & build the teams around marketing, sales, customer experience, and other key functions that are critical for business success. The individual will work closely with the business leaders to close the open mandates across levels & provide exceptional human capital service levels ensuring zero business leakages.

What do we need :

- 4-7 years of experience and hiring for B2B Sales roles in a start-up

- Excellent communication skills as it involves interacting with global stakeholders

- Digital, data-driven & entrepreneurial mindset with high agility & understanding of working in VUCA environment

What will you do :

- Participate in manpower planning for the BUs and drive stakeholder experience

- Work to completely deliver the mandates end to end (from sourcing to offer)

- Maintain great touchpoints with all offered candidates

- Research and recommend new sources for building an active and passive candidate database & work on talent funnel for the business

- Track and report HR recruitment metrics like recruiting SLAs, cost of hiring, etc.

- Own the closure of all positions as per the annual/ quarter hiring plan
