ITI Grading/Rating

- Candidate with Experience in ITI Grading/Rating Pref

- Candidate should be QCI qualified assessor for skill- ITI.

- The candidate will lead a team for grading ITIs across the country

- Work includes analysis of ITIs (Industrial Training Institutes) based on the guidelines issued by Ministry of Labour & Employment, DGE&T, Government of India. It takes into account their pedagogical capabilities, infrastructure availability and upkeep, relevant course materials for the training imparted, performance of students in terms of results and placements, etc.

The analysis involves the following major activities:

- Visit to the ITI institute and interaction with management, faculty and students

- Keeping track of latest development for guidelines issued by Ministry of Labour & Employment, DGE&T w.r.t. ITIs

- Making changes, as and when required, to the grading model based on developments in the teaching and assessment requirements as may be prescribed by DGE&T

- Preparation of report for presentation to the Grading Committee

- Post grading activities and compliances like communication to the institute, preparation of suitable grading perspectives, etc.
