Key Performance Indicators

1. Improve LTV

2. Improve retention rate

3. Grow Loyal Customer Base

4. Deliver best-in-class customer experience

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and build overall email, whatsapp, sms and other CRM channel marketing strategy

2. Collect and analyze customer, marketing and website behavior data

3. Segment lists based on behaviors and website interactions

4. Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling

5. Test email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to increase campaign performance

6. Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports

7. Keep marketing and digital commerce team up-to-date on current campaigns, informing them on what parts of our CRM strategy is working including creatives, segments and communications

8. Conduct competitor analysis and study market trends to develop marketing strategies

Prior experience in D2C companies (with similar profile) and MoEngage tool is preferred.
