Program Manager, Manufacturing Requirements: - 10-15 Years of experience of which 3-5 Years in Program Management - Managed large global programs valued $20M and above - Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent presentation skills and ability to present to top management / C Level executives - Excellent negotiation skills - Willing to travel at short notice - Manufacturing domain knowledge (preferred) - Packaged ERP / CRM / MES global deployment experience (preferred) Roles &amp; Responsibilities - Planning the overall program, monitoring the progress and driving results - Engagement with Business for site preparation and kick-off individual projects - Manage cross-program issues and strategic issues with senior stakeholders - Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals (Local, Regional, Global IT and Business) involved in the program - Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements - Managing stakeholders- communication - Demonstrating - visible- support to the program and its management team; - Leading by example the transformational change brought about by the program
