Experience: overall 4-5 years in IT services Pre-Sales Summary: Responsible for developing customer solution in the sales cycle, based on understanding customer needs and aligning those needs with ITC Infotech offerings. Shall support the sales team with the required product information, proposal building, and support sales team in the entire liaison required Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Work closely with Sales, Technology and on occasion Marketing teams to provide a comprehensive solution to the client - Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities and/or identification of target accounts - Assist in the response of RFI/RFP/RFQ - Understand, translate and map clients functional or business requirements to the service offerings and help customer evaluate the benefit. - Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP) - Assists with the creation of a sales cycle plan - Build custom presentations to aid in the sales cycles - Provide first-line technical support for software evaluations and/or pilot projects - Support at external and internal customer facing events - Accurate resource load understanding and costing - Ensure smooth transition to technical teams of the business and functional requirements agreed with customer and enable initial hand holding and relationship building with customer - Build relationship with sales teams or existing customers Desired Skills &amp; Experience - Excellent communication skills (written and oral) - Proven ability to multi task and prioritize under pressure - Excellent presentation and demonstration skills - Ability to discuss and demonstrate business benefits and value to a customer of a technical solution. - Affinity to both sales and technology - Understanding of IT offshoring business - Good search skills &amp; quest for learning
