Purpose of the job :

- To provide consulting support to implement & support TMS applications for our global clients.

- The role requires strong consulting skills, Logistics (& supply chain) domain expertise and business acumen in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities.

- Prior exposure to OTM Technical side is a must.

- Demonstrated logistics work experience in Retail, Logistics, FMCG, CPG, manufacturing industries is an added advantage.

- Ability to suggest best practices for client performance gaps is intrinsic to the role.

Desired Skills and Experience :

Professional experience desired :

- 3 - 6 years of overall professional experience with international exposure in OTM - Technical or Functional side

- Exposure and/or experience in the Oracle Transportation Management services industry is a must (3rd party logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding domain, Supply chain planning and Execution, supply chain performance management)

- A very strong supply chain and logistics domain knowledge is a must.

- Strong Consulting skills

- Prior exposure to Oracle Transportation Management (in Transportation and Logistics space) is a must. Experience of at least 3 full lifecycle implementations with leading customers

- Experience in driving transformation and performance improvements

- Exposure to global markets is desirable

- Project management skills and demonstrated experience in managing teams across functions and geographies is desirable

Education : Engineer or equivalent, MBA (preferred)

Skills and Knowledge requirements :

- Client Interfacing and relationship skills, Strong Change management skills, coaching and, ability to handle ambiguity, ability to handle multiple / diverse stakeholders, ability to synthesize data and trends from multiple sources, problem solving skills.

- Key areas of responsibility : Ability to be party to Innovation & Transformation engagements in understanding 'as is' business processes, design 'to-be' processes, analyze/ capture client requirements and pain areas by conducting workshops if necessary, perform fit gap analysis with leading logistics applications.

- Build industry specific solutions on application platforms

- Engage with senior level stakeholders effectively in a dialogue
