Manager, Corporate Development and Strategy As a member of the Corporate development and Strategy team, the individual shall be responsible for: - Formulation and Program management of strategic initiatives that would help steer the organization in the direction of the Corporate Strategy. - Assist in the M&A roadmap of the Organization (from Sourcing, Business case preparation and Valuation to Deal making, Due diligence and Integration). - Reporting performance of organization along key performance indicators. - Benchmark performance and offerings of the Organization against competition and derive actionable insights. - Assist in the annual corporate planning exercise by driving corporate strategic goals across key functional stakeholders. - 2-3 years of Hands-on prior experience in the Technology Industry (Products/ Services) in the capacity of Business analyst/Product developer/Consultant. - Strong financial acumen including knowledge of valuation methodologies, Majors in Finance and Strategy highly preferred. - Passion about the technology industry and ambition to grow to a senior leadership position in the industry. - A reasonable stint in the Corporate Strategy team provides a strong foundation to understand the Organization in entirety and can be a perfect spring board for graduating to Senior leadership roles in different functions of the organization across Sales, Marketing, Service Delivery and other Support functions.
