Job Title: Finance Manager- Procurement and Projects.  Job Location: Bangalore  Qualification: Commerce Graduate with a Post-graduation or ICWA   Experience:  - 5-7 years experience in an IT/BFSI/Manufacturing industry.  - Experience in end to end procurement activities, P2P cycle.  - Good knowledge of IT goods & Services Procurement   Job Role:  - Responsible for directing and coordinating purchasing and related functions.  - Responsible for commercial aspects in Infrastructure projects including controls (involves bids, tendering, negotiations, budget monitoring, bill verification, closure etc.).   - Develop and evaluate First Priciple costing methodologies,  - Plan, develop, direct and oversee the purchasing activities, functions and programs and processes within the organization.   - Develop and implement purchasing policies, internal operating policies, procedures and guidelines.  - Participate in the preparation & management of the quote, bid and proposal process.  - Participate in financial/budgetary and administrative criteria for funding and control.  - Participate in the research and analysis of data to identify market trends and buying habits to maximize efficiencies.  - Administer procurement program in compliance with applicable governance, policy and regulations.   - Source IT and non-IT products and services.  - Negotiate and close all contracts related to procurements.   - Liaising with key stakeholders, Finance and Legal to finalize Purchase Orders/Contracts.  - Develop and execute difficult and/or complex procurement contracts.   - Develop and maintain strong relationships with departmental personnel, vendors and other customers/clients.   Required Skills: Professional Knowledge:  - Professional skill and/or knowledge of purchasing laws, policies, regulations, practices and governance, policies & procedures.   - Working Knowledge of Indian Tax laws and Foreign Trade Policy.  - Knowledge of accounting principles and methods in relation to purchasing. Knowledge of applicable sources, prices, market factor and product characteristics of commodities/ contracts.   - Knowledge of business practices and automated, integrated systems.  Planning & Organizing Work:  - Ability to plan procurement and oversee budgets and contracts.  - Ability to develop plans to accomplish work operations and objectives.   - Ability to arrange and assign work to use resources efficiently.   - Ability to develop strategic plans, organizational structures, and systems.  Human Resources Management skills :  - Ability to assign work and to establish work rules.  - Ability to review work and evaluate performance of others, and to develop individuals’ competencies.  Negotiation Skills:  - Strong negotiation and supplier management skills and developing strategic suppliers.  Leadership/Communication skills:  - Skill and ability in coordinating, facilitating, and participating in a collaborative approach to the completion of tasks or assignments.   Computer Proficiency:  - Knowledge of Office Applications like Word, Excel and Access Proficiency in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Access), ERP and procurement.  - Preferred Skills Knowledge on Infrastructure Project procurement will be an added advantage.
