ITC Infotech - CX Delivery Head

- 15+ years of experience with deep understanding of modern / contemporary software engineering

- Must have deep understanding of how to navigate multimarket & multivendor software implementations.

- Must be able to hold engaging conversations on future looking IT strategies.

- Must have a deep understanding of bottom-line management, support top line commitments.

- Must have experience in Practice building.

- At least have built one practice ground up.

- Ability to coach and build high performing cross functional teams (Across, user experience, technology, QA and program management)

- Experience of successful delivery at scale in a globally distributed delivery model 8. Experience setting up ways of working for large scale transformation program.

- Must be savvy to navigate across varying priorities.

- Must be able to juggle between internal and external stakeholder management.

- Must have worked on at least 2 or 3 digital transformations.

- Must have ability to create impactful presentations.

- Position requires to work in a hybrid model 3 days in office (Bangalore & 2 days remote)
