OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB Responsible for the development and achievement of institutional sales plan resulting in profitable business growth. To be accountable for increasing the width and depth of institutions reach in line with the business objectives. To ensure strengthening of customer relationships and customize order execution. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY 1. Development and achievement of institutional sales plan: a. To ensure development of institutional sales plan and work with the field team to ensure achievement of the plan. b. To ensure all the necessary support is available to the field team in order to convert institutional sales. 2. Profitable Business Growth: a. Increasing the contribution gained through customized orders. b. Managing the budget for NSR approvals - additional discounts in non- customized orders 3. Increasing the width and depth of institutions reach: a. Increasing the number of institutions serviced. b. Expanding the service to different types of institutions like corporates, colleges etc 4. Strengthening customer relationships: a. Handling key institutional customers- maintaining relationship, obtaining and servicing the orders. b. Ensure better relationships are maintained with the institutional customers through engagement activities 5. Customized Order Execution: a. Co-ordinate amongst internal and external stakeholders and ensure orders are serviced as per the customer expectations. 6. Systems and Processes-CRM: a. Driving usage and development of data through the portal.
