Looking for a candidate who is having an experience of 3-4 years in IT Strategy related Management / Innovation. - Member of the team supporting the Management Team / Executive Committee Key Responsibility Areas: - Critically evaluate the applicability of different platforms available in the market - Interface with internal end-users for IT feedback and improvements - Work closely with several internal and external stakeholders, vendors and market leaders - Bringing in external / market perspective to the Management while evaluating IT platforms and offerings - Sharing regular updates with the Management - Focus on IT initiatives / developments specifically with reference to the global legal industry Competencies: - Ability to interact, challenge and influence credibly at all levels - Autonomy and ability to run multiple projects at the same time - Project management - Strong focus on innovation - Education and prior experience: MBA / MCA / Post Graduate in Computer Science (M.B.A), preferably in business from a Tier I college - Prior experience in a professional services Firm / Management Consulting Firm / role with Strategy is preferred - Engineering degree would also be preferable
