Major responsibilities & deliverables:

For SC:

1. Minimum 6 plus years of experience in IT consulting preferably with a big 4 or equivalent

2. Should have experience on working with Central bank System and experience in core banking / treasury systems

3. Experience in working as a key team member or leading a part in any one of the IT Consulting engagements like - IT Strategy & Roadmap, Enterprise Architecture, IT Governance, Application Portfolio Rationalization, Program Management, SOA, IT Outsourcing

4. Knowledge of key industry trends in BFSI

5. Deep knowledge of technology trends - mobility, social, big data, cloud and ability to apply the same to BFSI

6. Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills

7. Ability to work individually in unknown situations with strong drive towards customer satisfaction

8. TOGAF / SOA/ Architecture/ PMP Certifications will be an added advantage

For Manager:

1. Minimum 10 plus years of experience in IT consulting preferably with a big 4 or equivalent

2. Ability to handle client presentations at the CxO level and also leading proposal efforts and pre-proposal studies.

3. Should be PMP Certified specific to his experience in Banking.

4. Deep knowledge of technology trends - mobility, social, big data, cloud and ability to apply the same to BFSI

5. Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills

6. Ability to work individually in unknown situations with strong drive towards customer satisfaction

7. Strong knowledge and application of IT Governance and EA frameworks

8. TOGAF / SOA/ Architecture Certifications will be an added advantage

Education:

Engineering preferred with a MBA degree from top-tier institutes. You should also add that MTech / MStat / MS would also be preferred
