IT Specialist - Application Development Support

Responsibilities:

- Direct the daily work of the Application Development Support Team.

- Oversee and perform content authoring, minor code changes, and configuration changes for web content management system, Drupal and Acquia

- Oversee and build out dashboards in Google Looker Studio and Microsoft Azure

- Oversee configuration changes in Salesforce.com such as user creation/update, permission changes, data updates, and troubleshoot log in issues.

- Perform project management activities for small projects using techniques from Kanban, Scrum, or waterfall models

- Set daily team priorities based on business and IT team requirements

- Ensure the quality of the work output of team assignments

- Evaluate and implement changes in work processes to maximize efficiency and quality of team's work

Qualifications:

- 4 year degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent

- 5-8 years experience working in an Information Technology field

- Team Handling is preferred

- Salesforce Developer/Web Developer in the current role is a must

- Required experience with SalesForce.com platform, Microsoft Azure, and Web Content Management Systems, Drupal and Acquia preferred
