- We are looking for 5-10 years of relevant years’ experience.

- Looking for very strong experience in negotiation

- IT Sourcing & buyer experience required

- Should be involved in Contract Renewals

- Interacting with partners for all renewal P.O.'s / Opex Requirements / Contract Renewals involving his geography.

- Coordinating with business and delivery on any change in scope during renewals.

- Coordinate with Finance on the related revenue and analyse whether the GM % has increased or retained as per the last financial year.

- Maintain a tracker on renewal dates and initiate the renewal process at least one quarter in advance.

- Coordinate with legal team to get the renewal contract finalized and preparing exception reports to be circulated to all stake holders for concurrence.

- Maintain records (both in hard and soft form) and coordinate auditors on all audits.

- Take quotes from competition (other than existing partners) to find out the price preferential

- Coordinate with partners for invoices and finance for timely payments.

- Coordinate with internal resources for raising orders in SAP and chasing different stake holders for necessary approvals.

- Check whether the SAP P.O. captures all terms and conditions and whether the figures captured including VAT / other taxes are correct.

- Raise flags and escalate matters to reporting manager in case the issues / closures doesn't happen within the TAT.

- Send weekly reports to their managers on all open / closed issues for tracking.

- Identification of Professional Services partners

- Providing proposal from partners for supporting RFP process in putting together a proposal.

- Existing contracts management – trigger off 3 months in advance any third party contract which needs to be extended.

- Cash flow statement to the finance – Based on the likely delivery date of the shipment and taking into consideration the payment cycle.

- Responsible for releasing the PO to vendors

- Create saving sheets

- Track NDAs, Teaming agreement, Referral agreements

- Degree or Diploma in Management.

- Extremely Good Communication Skills

- Preferably from IT / Commerce Background

- Knowledge in SAP / other automation package .
