About our Client - Our client is a US multinational who is a global leader in providing service solutions to telecommunications and BFSI giants. In the course of expanding its portfolio in service led solutions our client is looking forward to recruit solution sales specialists who can develop, grow, manage and implement their business solutions and lead a team of sales consultants to drive forth the business activity

Job Description - Reporting directly to the National Sales Head, your main responsibilities will entail:

- Hunting strategic business opportunities involving new technologies.

- Effectively advise and influence customers through consultative selling techniques

- Developing and executing strategic sales plans by negotiating large deals.

- Map out the key players in the account who are involved in the decision making process, and strategize on implementing an appropriate ""plan of attack""

- Understanding the political relationships between members of the organization and its impact on buying behavior in order to determine the most appropriate sales approach to use at each level within the organization.

- Being accountable for generating and developing new marketing strategies for new products and services

- Directing sales forecasting activities and setting performance goals accordingly

- Maintaining accuracy of online systems to report sales status and progress

The Successful Candidate -

- You are a graduate; preferably with an engineering background and possess a postgraduate qualification in any management discipline from a top tier university.

- You have a minimum 6 years of sales experience with a IT hardware and Networking Solutions focused organization.

- You have extensive knowledge of how IT Hardware and Networking solutions are developed, commercialized and managed within large businesses.

- Apart from this you are self driven and hold an entrepreneurial insight to drive the market expansion and you are also conversant with the mechanics of conducting business negotiations
