Job Description:
- 5+ Yrs of business development/consultative selling experience in IT industry
- A proven record of strategic thinking; excellent skills in written and verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship building. Presentable, high energy, ability to self motivate and motivate others, and a passion for communicating the benefits of great products to partners.
- Candidates must have proven leadership experience and have demonstrated abilities in sales, negotiations, and partner relationship management.
- This position demands the ability to influence the management team through written/interpersonal, presentation skills, and the ability to simultaneously address multiple projects and challenges.
- Prior Experience in IT Solution Sales for is desirable
Job Profile
- You will develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income to an agreed annual target of invoiced revenue, to increase year by year.
- Ensure a predictable revenue stream for the company in line with the growth objectives.
- Liaise with the OEM’s to ensure that sales propositions are operationally and commercially viable.
- Presenting Progressive to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Responsible for your own lead generation and appointment setting.
- Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation.
- Keeping abreast of issues affecting companies and collecting competitor intelligence.
- Proactively identify size and prioritize all significant opportunities in the territory.
- Managing our Technology Partners/OEM’s.
- Must have relevant experience in IT Solution/Network & Security Solution/IT Outsourcing sales in Corporate and /or Government and Public sector.
- Ability to understand and present the IT services and solutions is a must.
- The job involves leading market development and account management to sell the company offerings in IT Solutions (Server, SAN Solutions, Collaboration Solution, Information Management Solution, Network & Security Solution etc) and related outsourcing/Professional services.
- The candidate would carry revenue targets and would be measured on them besides other qualitative measures. It would also include leading the sales team and ensure the business delivery.
Prerequisites:
- Confident to meet people and build relationships.
- Should have experience in sales.
- Convenient in traveling.
- Ability to understand and present the IT services and solutions is a must.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
