IT Service Delivery - BFSI

Role - Leadership position in Service Delivery for Larger accounts.

Location: Pune

Exp : 15 to 27 yrs (Positions open at two levels, depends on the Size of revenue and team size)

- Strong Delivery Management, in the Investment Banking domain.

- Minimum 15 yrs of work experience and managed large programs in the past [greater than 50 Mn USD]

- Expertise in innovative solutioning, team size min 500

- Has experience in owning end to end delivery for -

- Varying sizes
- Vertical and Horizontal Teams
- Varying delivery Models

- Expertise in Planning, Estimating, Budgeting, Resourcing, Leading, stabilizing large strategic/complex projects

- Experience in moving projects from Staff augmentation / Co-Sourcing to Managed Services

- Involved in strategic planning exercise developing future roadmaps for Business & Technology groups

- Responsible for transforming strategic objectives into reality through the successful planning, monitoring & controlling

- Highly organized and very strong analytic skills and detail-orientation

- Worked directly with the business customers and managed the relationship

- Good Commercial & Technology appreciation

- Very Strong written and verbal communication skills
