IT Security Account Administration Manager
- This is a leadership role which will IT Security Account Administration Manager
- The role will manage a team of 8-12 Engineers
- Relation-building and stakeholder management will be key to success in working with the wider IT function and with customers
- Occasional travel to domestic and international locations may be required to build and strengthen key relationships
- Quickly building a thorough understanding of the Organisational environment will be key to success in the role
- 2+ Years experience managing a technical team to deliver against service targets
- Strong knowledge of AD User & Group administration as well as Unix account administration
- 5+ Experience working with Identity Management platforms (e.g. Oracle, CA, SailPoint)
- Familiarity with Cloud service offerings such as Office365
- Proven ability to schedule operate a 24x7 operational team
- Established track record operating in complex, multinational, corporate environment required
- A self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience and a drive for professional excellence
- ITIL training / service management accreditation desired
- Ability to work well in diverse, multinational teams and proven ability to influence others to achieve positive outcomes
- Ability to prioritize, re-schedule and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment
- Experience of developing and managing relationships with global customers
- Good communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in risk assessment, mitigation and management
- Strong oral and written communication skills, particularly in presenting overviews of complex technical topics to business customers
- Willing to learn and able to manage ambiguity and operate effectively with limited oversight
