Selection Criteria for Sales Personnel
1. Preferably a male candidate
2. Technical qualification ( IT ) preferable - Engg. / MCA/ BCA.
We can relax it later on :
3. Hardcore selling experience only in either IT / Automation/ Telecom. 2-3 yrs at a stretch in the recent times
4. Industry standard communication - English & Hindi
5. Proficiency in handling excel database, Outlook & PowerPoint basics.
6. Tele calling capabilities
7. Comfortable with an aggressive sales target
Our proposition to the candidate
- We are focusing on IT sales & Services of licensed software.
- It will be predominantly institutional selling while Machwan Tech will be partnering with one of the largest IT manufacturers.
You will be responsible for:
- Building the sales network from scratch
- Dealing with decision-makers like IT Heads / IT Managers / Procurement heads of business entities
- Reporting to senior management directly
- Coordinate with the software license manufacturer
- Initial days you need to do Tele-calling on your own to set up a connection with the customers
- Need to participate in product & sales training on a regular basis
- You have to be flexible to travel to any place in India for a client visit
- You have to attend the office at Naraina, 5 days a week.
10 am - 6 pm.
No shifts.
Currently, there is no provision for remote working/work-from-home
- There will be a quarterly performance review and confirmation on the completion of 6 months, however subject to the performance during the probation
