IT Sales Manager_ US Shift_WFO( Tier 1& Tier 2 candidate only)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager from Tier 1, 2 to join our team and lead the charge in selling our chatbot solutions to businesses looking to improve their customer engagement and streamline their operations. As a Sales Manager for chatbot sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the niche market, while aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Sources and develops new opportunities and expands and enhances existing opportunities to build and manage the pipeline in AI/ML/Deep Learning solution area.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communication and building follow-up communication in order to move opportunities through the sale funnel.
- Prepare and analyse sale pipelines and reports to ensure sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly/quarterly revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop tailored value propositions and sales collateral that resonate with clients' needs and challenges.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Understand the unique challenges and needs of the industry and tailor our solutions to meet those needs
- Set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance of sales team to ensure assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfil them
Job Requirements:
- 5+ experience in sales and business development within the IT product industry.
- Experienced in IT Product sale is must.
- Experienced in Chatbot sales/Generative AI is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
- Superb leadership ability
- Motivational speaking experience
- Currently working or have recently worked in selling chatbot product or service.
