Banking Sales Profile


IT is a fast-growing fintech which enables corporates & SMEs to accept, process and disburse payments digitally through its API enabled platform. We are focused on building plug-n-play products to solve end to end payment processing solutions to our clients that includes collections, payables, reconciliation, lending etc.

We have been consistently profitable and are growing our product offerings and market presence at a rapid scale and have grown 4x over the past year alone with over 50,000 registered merchants on our platform. In March'21, we closed a fundraise of $4M from well-known VC firms and angel investors.

We are looking for high-performing professionals with a successful track record of acquiring enterprise clients and exceeding revenue targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Develop an excellent understanding of IT product suite and its USPs

- Follow a solutioning based sales approach that addresses the pain points of clients

- Ability to senior leaders in the relevant verticals of partner banks, identify opportunities and provide a customized pitch of the IT product suite leading to enterprise & mid market merchant conversion

- Develop and work in collaboration with banks for generating new business opportunities

- Managing a portfolio of banks and increasing + collaborating on upselling and cross-sell opportunities.

- Deliver onsite (Bank Location) in-person executive business meeting to align with business goals and objectives.

- Analyze data trends and client performance, develop solid strategic sales plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and sales presentations

- Increase sales of the Company's products and achieve the agreed targets within the Banking Portfolio

- Analyze sales performance based on defined key performance indicators, and to set up improvements in order to reach the best results

REQUIREMENTS :

- Must have 3 - 10 years of sales / business development experience in SaaS or a B2B setup dealing with banks for the company

- Experience in solutioning based sales where products are pitched basis understanding of client's business model and requirements

- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals

- Strong negotiation, analytical, communication and presentation skills

- Highly self-motivated and result oriented personality

- MBA from top-tier college

- Prior experience with fintech is preferable, however, not mandatory
