IT Role - SSP SRM Support

Experience: 

- Education background engineering degree is mandatory

- Experience of 2 to 7 years in IT or consulting is mandatory

- Experience or training on IT architecture, data structuration, integration and connectivity is mandatory

- Experience or training of application run support is a plus

- Experience related to Procurement or Supply chain is a plus

- Experience of work among international teams is a plus

Skills : 

- Proactivity : ability to take initiatives to help problem solving

- Business sensitivity is required to estimate business impacts of an issue on the overall process

- Fast understanding of new topics and concepts

- Organization and ability to conduct two different missions in parallel

- Methodology and reporting skills

- Coordination skills to activate the touch points depending on the context

- Used to IT tools testing and root cause analysis

- Pre-requisite to acquire at the role opening : acquire technical knowledge on how the platforms are answering to the business process.

- Standard tasks on SSP-SRM (Source to Contract and Supplier Relationship Management platform based on Synertrade technology) would be to assist the Digital Application Manager :

- Manage Issues relative to SSP-SRM capabilities in RUN

- Conduct detailed follow-up of non-regression test in upgrades context, in synch with GSC IS tester team

- Support admins in setting-up and maintain admin guide and other ad hoc demands

- Standard tasks on End to End Negotiation application (based on SupplyFrame technology) would be to assist the Digital Program manager :

- Prepare data and files structures to connect SupplyFrame to Schneider Electric IT ecosystem (SSP-SRM, Data lakes, Master Data Governance tool, )

- Participate to architecture and feasibility study, arbitration, specification and testing of connection and integration between SupplyFrame to other applications

- Manage operationally connectivity and integration delivery

- Ensure the technical quality of target architecture in respect with Schneider Electric guidelines

- Monitor interfaces availability and resolution of end to end issues involving the different parties involved in the interface
